Narasimha Jayanthi Agosham at Kozha Sree Narasimha Swami Temple, Kottayam, Kerala is a highly revered annual festival celebrated with great devotion and spiritual grandeur. In the year 2026, the festival will be observed from April 19 to April 30, bringing together thousands of devotees from different parts of Kerala and beyond.
The festival at Kozha Sree Narasimha Swami Temple is dedicated to Lord Narasimha, the fierce yet compassionate incarnation of Lord Vishnu. During these auspicious days, the temple becomes a center of intense spiritual activities including Dashavatara Chandanam, Lakshmi Narasimha Pooja, Murajapam, special abhishekams, and elaborate rituals performed with traditional Vedic chants. One of the main highlights is the grand Annadanam where thousands of devotees receive prasadam.

Special Dashavatara Chandanam ritual with daily avatar darshan such as Matsya, Koorma, Varaha, Narasimha, Vamana, Parashurama, Rama, Krishna, Balarama, and Kalki.
