The Varshikam and Samarpanam at Padayanivettom Devi Temple located in Alappuzha, Kerala is a highly anticipated annual festival celebrated with devotion and grandeur. This year, the 9th annual celebrations will be held on April 4, 2026, marking a special occasion for all devotees. As part of the festivities, the Chuttuvilakku Samarpanam will be conducted, where 1511 lamps are lit simultaneously, creating a mesmerizing spiritual spectacle. Devotees are invited to participate in lighting the lamps and seeking blessings from the deity before the Deepaaradhana.
The festival also features a free Ayurvedic medical camp starting at 2:00 PM in the temple auditorium, ensuring the welfare of attendees. Later in the evening, from 7:30 PM, a variety of cultural programs, including Mega Thiruvathira and music performances, take place, showcasing Kerala’s rich artistic traditions.
